Our snacks have a short shelf life (60 to 90 days) so most of our packages only show the month & day of expiration (e.g. “Aug. 16” means august 16th, not august 2016); for optimum flavor and freshness, we recommend the snack be consumed by the date on the package
Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging.
Refund
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting your item.
